A 31-year-old Flin Flon man is dead after being stabbed early Saturday morning.
RCMP were called to an area residence just before 3 a.m. where they located the victim. He was taken to hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
The man has been identified as John Kellighan Eyres. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday in Winnipeg.
Mitchell Whitbread, 25, of Flin Flon has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He will make a court appearance in The Pas on Monday.
RCMP are continuing to investigate.
