The City of Winnipeg will close Byng Place to westbound and eastbound traffic beginning at 6 a.m. for railway crossing reconstruction. Byng Place west of Pembina Highway will be completely closed until Friday at 6 a.m.
Local traffic will continue to have access to Byng Place at Rockman Street during the reconstruction.
