Coffee drinkers will help send deserving children to camp by making their usual pitstop at Tim Hortons today.
Tim Hortons Camp Day will see restaurant owners nationwide donate all proceeds from coffee sales to the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation (THCF). The annual fundraiser will send more than 15,000 kids to camp.
Last year, $9.9 million was raised throughout Canada from 3,700 restaurants.
If you don’t drink coffee but still want to help out, customers can purchase a Rent-A-Tent for $1 or a Rent-A-Cabin for $5.
A donation of $5 can also be made via text message by texting the word CAMP to 45678 (Canada only), or online.
