The Lord Prior of the Order of St. John will arrive in the city from England today and will visit the Winnipeg Humane Society.
Professor Anthony Mellows has requested to visit the WHS’ reading therapy program, See Spot Read. The program partners elementary school aged children with the St. John Ambulance therapy dogs.
Mellows will also present an award to the WHS for their contribution and partnership with St. John Ambulance in running the See Spot Read program.
