Continued work on the new Disraeli overpass will divert traffic in the area this weekend.
Higgins Avenue between Gomez Street and Argyle Street will close at 7 p.m. on Friday so steel girders can be erected on the overpass. The roadway will reopen by Monday at 6 a.m.
All route 44 Grey and 47 Transcona buses will be diverted via Main Street, Euclid Avenue, Sutherland Avenue, Annabella Street, Higgins Avenue and the Louise Bridge in both directions during the Higgins Avenue closure.
