The northbound lanes of the Disraeli Bridge will be closed weekends until mid-August beginning tonight.
At 7 p.m., two northbound lanes will close to allow for concrete to be poured on the new bridge. Suggested alternate routes in the immediate area for northbound traffic are the Redwood Bridge and the Provencher Bridge.
The bridge sidewalk will continue to be open to pedestrian traffic during the closure.
The lanes will reopen Mondays at 6 a.m. until the construction is complete.
