Shhhh. Cesar Millan is coming back to Winnipeg to whisper to all your canine companions.
Host of the wildly popular “Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan,” the dog behaviour expert is touring Canada this fall with a new seminar on how to have a better relationship with your precious pooch.
