A teepee will be raised on the front lawn of the University of Winnipeg this evening to celebrate the end of the “Let’s Speak Ojibwe To Our Kids” language program.
The program gives parents and children of all ages a safe place to learn with elders to speak the Ojibwe language Anishinaabemowin.
The teepee will go up in front of Wesley Hall at 6 p.m.
