Three Teens Charged After Attempted Store Robbery

Three youths have been arrested and charged after allegedly attempting to rob a convenience store on Wednesday.

Winnipeg police were flagged down in the 400 block of Mountain Avenue at about 9 p.m., where they observed one of the teens in possession of a firearm.

Three boys, aged 13, 14, and 15 are facing a laundry list of charges.

The 14-year-old is also facing weapons-related charges, including careless use of a firearm, weapon or ammunition.

All three youths were detained in custody.
