The University of Winnipeg will offer a Master of Arts degree in Environmental, Resource and Development Economics (ERDE) in the fall.
Students beginning classes this September will be able to take advantage of the one-year program, which will analyze how social, environmental and economic issues intersect, both at the local and global levels.
In addition to core courses in economic theory and quantitative methods, students will take field courses in economics and related disciplines, and can complete a research project in environmental, resource or development economics.
