Winnipeg police are searching for three men after a taxi cab driver was robbed at knifepoint early Monday morning.
The incident happened in the area of Main Street and Inkster Avenue at about 12:45 a.m. Winnipeg police say the 43-year-old male victim was robbed by one of three men he had picked up earlier near Main and Kingsbury Avenue.
An undisclosed amount of cash was given to the suspects, who fled the scene. A description of the men isn’t available.
The taxi cab driver wasn’t injured during the robbery.
