The Ukraine-Kyiv Pavilion doesn’t go through 4,000 perogies daily for no good reason. They’re really that good. That’s just one of the many traditional food items found at this year’s pavilion, which also boasts holubtsi (rice-stuffed cabbage) and an array of desserts for those with a sweet tooth. There’s also a brand new show every night to keep things fresh and tonnes of wares from the homeland to take a piece of Ukraine home with you.
