RCMP have arrested six people in connection to a large drug bust in Steinbach.
Police say a search warrant executed on a residence Saturday in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue turned up 40 grams of marijuana, along with cocaine, crack cocaine, magic mushrooms, illegal pills, stolen property, a quantity of cash, and drug paraphernalia.
Kyle Barker, 18, faces several drug-related charges. Five other people in the apartment at the time, including two women, aged 21 and 24, and three men, two aged 28 and a 44-year-old, were also arrested and charges are pending.
All suspects were released on a promise to appear.
Police are continuing to investigate.
