RCMP are looking for three suspects who allegedly abducted a female youth and sexually assaulted her on August 11.
The teenager was walking westbound on Highway 1 near Deacons Corner when she was spotted by patrolling RCMP the following day.
The victim told officers she was riding her bike in the Grunthal area at about 7 p.m. when three men in a red Honda Civic abducted her. The victim was reportedly driven to a secluded area about 15 minutes outside of Grunthal and sexually assaulted by the men. She was later dropped off on Highway 1.
The suspects, who were unknown to the victim, are described as:
- Suspect #1 — Long blonde hair, piercing on left ear, beard, hazel eyes, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans
- Suspect #2 — Short brown scruffy hair, has a mustache, wearing a red shirt and blue jeans
- Suspect #3 — Brown hair, green eyes, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans
