Winnipeg police are investigating after shots were fired in the 200 block of Balmoral Street early Thursday morning.
A person flagged down police at about 12:50 a.m. at the rear of a building that contains multiple suites. About eight people were inside or near the building at the time of the incident, but no one was injured.
Police say the building sustained damage as a result of the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
