A boater reported missing on Saturday has been located deceased.
RCMP were called about a watercraft running in circles with no one aboard in the Natimik area of Cross Lake at about 4:30 p.m. Police and local volunteers immediately began a search for the occupant of the boat.
The body of a 68-year-old Cross Lake area man was found on Sunday at about 7:30 p.m.
The man’s name isn’t being released.
