A collapsed culvert at Dugald Road and Symington Road has forced the city to reroute all eastbound and westbound traffic at Plessis Road and Ravenhurst Street.
The City of Winnipeg says work is underway to repair the culvert and the roadway should be reopen by late Friday.
UPDATE: Friday, September 7 at 5:30 a.m. — Dugald Road has reopened to traffic.
