Winnipeg radio station QX104 is trying to make the best of the NHL lockout situation in a new YouTube video.
Uploaded on Sunday and dubbed the “Official Song of the NHL Lockout,” QX104 personality Vicki Shae takes a page from the Taylor Swift song, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”
The roughly four-minute tune had just over 300 views by early Monday morning and a push to make the video go viral on Twitter was well underway.
Late Saturday, the NHL locked out its players after a deal with the team’s owners couldn’t be reached. It’s the first lockout since 2004-05, which ended up cancelling the entire hockey season.
