Seven Oaks General Hospital unveiled its completed renovations on Thursday, making the entrance to the hospital bigger, brighter and more welcoming.
Through its Access to Care project, the Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation raised $7.8 million for the 6,000-square-foot, two?storey atrium at the front of the hospital, and completely renovated another 14,000-square-feet internally to create a new information desk, a new food court, gift shop, pharmacy and an integrated medical clinic.
The new Prairie Trail medical clinic at the hospital will have up to seven full?time physicians when it is fully operational. Two physicians will join the clinic full?time later this fall and new physicians are expected to follow soon.
