The CFL’s Grey Cup trophy is in Winnipeg today as part of the cross-country Grey Cup 100 Train Tour.
The cup will make a stop at the Rona at 1636 Kenaston Boulevard tonight along with Winnipeg Blue Bombers Chad Simpson and Will Ford. Fans can see the cup, get autographs and meet Bomber mascots Buzz and Boomer from 7-9 p.m.
On Saturday, the cup will be at Union Station at The Forks for Winnipeg Fan Celebration Day. Fans can view and tour the 100 Grey Cup Tour Train for free between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. The day will include interactive displays, a mini Grey Cup store, Blue Bomber mascots and cheer team, and a BBQ with proceeds going to the Keeping Abreast Foundation.
