About 2,500 zombies will make their way through the streets of Winnipeg on Saturday, October 13 for the sixth annual Winnipeg Zombie Walk.

The pre-Halloween walk will begin at Oodena Celebration Circle at The Forks at 6:30 p.m. before departing for the Manitoba legislature at 8 p.m. The walk will make its way up Broadway along the sidewalk.

Twenty-five fire spinners from Undead Fire Performers will perform from 7 p.m. to 7:55 p.m. An after party is planned for The Zoo/Ozzy’s in Osborne Village following the walk.

Winnipeg Harvest will have a table set up collecting non-perishable food items. Henry’s Photography will snap a photo in their tent for a $2 donation, with all proceeds going to Winnipeg Harvest.

A map of the route and further information can be found at WinnipegZombies.com.
