RCMP are investigating after three deceased cows were located on land north of Treherne, Manitoba.
In what police are calling “suspicious animal deaths,” the cows were found on October 14 in the RM of South Norfolk.
The provincial veterinarian is assisting police with the investigation.

UPDATE: Wednesday, October 17 — The cause of death is not considered to be related to animal cruelty.
