Winnipeg singer-songwriter Don Amero is releasing his fourth album on October 24.
The indie singer will release Heart On My Sleeve during an interactive evening of songs and stories. “Don Amero: Up Close and International” will be a 90-minute concert live streamed at APTN.ca/webstagepass.
“We’re taking the online streaming model we created for Aboriginal Day Live, and applying it to Don’s CD release,” said Sky Bridges, chief operating officer of APTN. “We’re excited by this innovative initiative — the first of its kind for APTN — and happy to get behind a talented independent artist like Don.
The concert, which begins online at next Wednesday at 8 p.m. CT, will also include the world premiere of the music video for Turn These Grey Skies Blue.
