Winnipeg’s Animal Services Agency is celebrating Adopt a Shelter Dog Month by holding a dog adoption sale.
Today until Friday from noon to 5:30 p.m., the public can visit 1057 Logan Avenue and adopt a pooch.
All in-house adoption dogs over six months of age are $99 and include license, micro-chip, spay/neuter, basic shots, food and pet health insurance.
There were 56 dogs in the agency’s care as of Monday and 26 available for adoption.
The agency’s last dog sale was in May 2012.
