City Libraries Open Following Remembrance Day

The city’s public libraries will be open on November 12, the day following Remembrance Day.

Usually when the 11th falls on a Sunday, local library branches have been closed the following day.

Sir William Stephenson Library will be closed on Monday, per their regular schedule.

Funding for the additional hours will come from existing budgets and libraries will run with somewhat reduced staffing depending on operational needs of each branch.
