A 30-year-old Winnipeg man is dead following an ATV rollover in the RM of St. Laurent.

The crash happened Friday at about 10:45 p.m. on Highway 6 about 10 kilometres south of Lundar.

RCMP say four men were riding on the quad at the time when it lost control in a ditch and rolled. All of the riders were ejected from the vehicle.

The Winnipeg man was found laying on Highway 6 with serious injuries when emergency personnel arrived. He was taken to E.M. Crowe Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The driver was arrested and is facing impaired driving charges. He was released on a promise to appear. The driver, along with the two other passengers, were treated and released for their injuries.

None of the riders were wearing helmets, according to RCMP.
