The Winnipeg Humane Society is taking its adoptions on the road this weekend.
Today and Sunday, the WHS will have adoptable animals at three Canadian Tire locations throughout the city.
The venue change is part of the Iams Home 4 the Holidays campaign. Pet lovers will be able to adopt at 2305 McPhillips Street, 157 Vermillion Road, and 750 St. James Street between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
To adopt, you must bring photo ID with a current address, a leash and collar for dogs or a kennel for cats. These items are also available for purchase at Canadian Tire.
