Winnipeg entrepreneurs will put their best ideas forward in a few days during the next Startup Weekend.
Between November 9-11, groups will compete on a global stage for impressive prizes ranging from VIP tours of the Googleplex to a week in Rio De Janeiro.
“The most exciting part of this event is the introduction of physical product ideas which can be rapid prototyped at our partner facility AssentWorks,” said Chris Johnson, co-founder of Ramp Up Manitoba, the organizing party behind the event. “Whatever the idea, this weekend is all about execution. Having the chance to gather feedback and build the business model with successful mentors and judges around is invaluable”.
