A new roundabout at the intersection of Grassie Boulevard and Molson Street will begin operating on Friday.
The City of Winnipeg says the roundabout, which replaces an existing four-way stop, will improve traffic flow, and reduce vehicle emissions and fuel consumption.
To allow for the final stage of construction, traffic approaching the intersection will not be permitted to travel eastbound on Grassie until the last week of November at the latest.
Motorists unfamiliar with how to navigate a roundabout can consult the city’s website.
