A 40-year-old Portage la Prairie man was killed Friday after being ejected from his pickup truck.
RCMP say the man was driving on Road 71 in the RM of Portage la Prairie at about 7:30 p.m. when he lost control. The pickup truck rolled at least once and threw the man from his vehicle.
He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police say seat belt use is considered a factor in the crash.
The man’s name isn’t being released.
