Park on a snow route overnight? You’ll have to move your vehicle by Saturday.

Winnipeg’s annual snow route parking ban takes effect on December 1, meaning vehicle owners are prohibited from parking on a snow route from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m.

The ban will run until March 1 to allow snow-clearing crews to clean any streets that may need attention over the course of the winter.

Motorists found to be in violation of the ban will be issued a $100 ticket, or $50 if paid early.

More information on the ban is available at
