The best television commercials from across the globe will be screened at the Winnipeg Art Gallery next month.
The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity will screen commercials on nine select dates in the Muriel Richardson Auditorium.
More than 24,000 entries from all over the world are showcased and judged at the Festival. Winning companies receive the highly coveted Lion trophy, honouring the most creative film, film craft, print, outdoor, interactive, radio, design, sales promotion & activation and integrated advertising, as well as the best media, direct marketing, PR and Titanium ideas.
Tickets are on sale now for screenings:
- Dec 5, 6, 12 — 7 p.m.
- Dec 7, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 – 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Tickets are $9 for WAG members, $11 for adults, and $10 for students and seniors. They are available at wag.ca or in person at the WAG front desk. Soft drinks, chips, and chocolate bars will be available.
