A Winnipeg resident has lit up his home for the holidays in support of the Children’s Wish Foundation.
Ken Gallant of River Park South has been attracting hundreds of vehicles with his over-the-top Christmas light display since November. The home in the 200 block of Aldgate Road is collecting donations for the Foundation with a goal of $1,500 in mind.
Those who contribute $20 are eligible for a tax receipt. A donation box at the end of Gallant’s driveway is accepting cash or cheques made out to the Foundation.
Ken’s Christmas Lights for Hope are on daily from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., and until 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
