Skating superstars will return to MTS Centre next spring.
Investors Group Stars on Ice will bring its 2013 tour to Winnipeg on Wednesday, May 1.
The 12-city Canadian tour will include Patrick Chan, Kurt Browning, Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir, Joannie Rochette, Jeffrey Buttle, Ashley Wagner, and Shawn Sawyer. Additional skaters will be added at a later date.
The tour’s performance in Hamilton, Ontario will be recorded on April 27 to be made into a one-hour special to air next fall on the CBC.
Tickets for the Winnipeg stop go on sale Friday, December 7 at 2 p.m. through Ticketmaster. Prices range from $33.25 to $132.
