The Winnipeg Folk Festival has planned a series of shows for children in this year’s Folk For Families series.
Held at the Millennium Library downtown, the hour-long interactive children’s shows take place on the second Saturday of every month, starting January 12 at 1:30 p.m.
“The Lion’s Den” will open the roster of shows, where Daniel Jordan and Daniel Peloquin-Hopfner combine education and entertainment into raucous and fun-filled family “edu-tainment.”
The shows are free of charge to attend and run through April.
