Residents, move your cars.
The City of Winnipeg will begin plowing residential streets on Tuesday, forcing a parking ban to go into effect.
Starting Tuesday at 7 a.m., vehicles parked on residential streets not designated as snow routes could be ticketed and towed if found to be in the way of snow-clearing crews. A snow route parking ban was declared throughout the weekend and begins at midnight tonight.
To find out when your area will be plowed, visit KnowYourZone.Winnipeg.ca or call 311.
Residents of snow zones E, F, H, K, P, S, U will need to move their vehicles as plowing will be underway in those zones until 7 p.m. Thursday.
