The Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre is kicking off the 13th annual Master Playwright Festival on Wednesday.
From January 16 to February 3, the festival, also called “SondheimFest,” will present a series of productions and original pieces from celebrated playwright Stephen Sondheim.
It will also be the first time the festival focuses on musical theatre.
