The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have extended the contract of offensive lineman Glenn January.
The 29-year-old is coming off his second straight East Division All-Star nomination after manning the left tackle position for 17 games last season.
“Glenn is an integral part of our offensive line who provides leadership and experience to our young stable of linemen,” said Bombers ‘ vice-president and GM Joe Mack in a release. “We’re happy to have him extend his contract so that we can build upon the consistency we began to establish last season.”
A native of Houston, Texas, January maintains residency in Winnipeg year-round.
