Liberal leadership candidate Justin Trudeau is in Winnipeg today as part of his nearly week-long tour of Manitoba.
The Montreal MP will appear as part of “A Conversation with Justin Trudeau” at the University of Manitoba this afternoon. Trudeau will speak in the lobby of the Drake Centre in an event sponsored by the Arts Student Body Council and Commerce Students’ Association. Admission to the 1 p.m. talk is free.
Trudeau will later visit Université de St. Boniface for a 3 p.m. event. before heading off to Île des Chênes for an event at the Trans Canada Centre at 5 p.m.
He will cap off his day at the Centro Caboto Centre on Wilkes at 8 p.m.
On Saturday, Trudeau will appear in a leader’s debate at the Metropolitan Entertainment Centre. Tickets are $20 online at Liberal.ca.
