The Children’s Hospital Book Market returns to St. Vital beginning today.
The two-day used book sale will raise funds for the Children’s Hospital Foundation and helped bring in $417,221 last year.
“Every year, the Book Market creates the opportunity for people from around Manitoba to make a vital contribution to enhancing a child’s hospital experience simply by buying or donating books,” said Lawrence Prout, president and CEO of the Foundation.
The book market features thousands of titles in more than 65 categories including mystery, science fiction, biographies, royalty and romance. Visitors can browse the rows of literature during regular mall hours until Saturday, February 9.
