Leonard Cohen’s Grecian Woman 40″ x 30″ limited edition pigment print (HANDOUT)
Artworks by legendary singer Leonard Cohen will be part of an exhibit at Mayberry Fine Art from March 9 to 16.
“Leonard Cohen — The Poet. The Painter.” will have a public opening reception at the gallery on Sunday, March 10 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The show is in celebration of Cohen’s Old Ideas World Tour concert in Winnipeg on March 11. The diverse collection of limited edition prints include still-life and figure drawings, portraits and self-portraits (many of them annotated) reproduced from Cohen’s personal archives.
Each limited edition permanent ink print is signed, titled, numbered and dated, embossed and stamped with Cohen’s personal seal by the artist himself. Prices range from $2,500 to $7,000.
Mayberry Fine Art is located at 212 McDermot Avenue.
