Thanks to Monday’s whiteout and treacherous road conditions, Snow Jam was postponed to this Sunday.

The fifth annual event at The Forks will see province’s most elite snowboarders compete for cash prizes on February 24. Organizers were also given no choice but to reschedule programming on the River Trail.

Registration and open practice for Snow Jam will be from 9 a.m. until noon. The open competition’s registration fee is $15 and the fee for S.N.O.W. is $10. Riders are welcome to enter into one or both categories.
