Police to Conduct Random Telephone Survey

March 6, 2013 3:16 PM | News

TelephoneWinnipeg police are alerting residents to the possibility their phone may ring to conduct a survey on the police service.

Dimark Research will begin pre-testing the WPS citizen survey from 4 to 9 p.m. tonight. The random poll of 600 Winnipeg residents will take place from Monday, March 11 through Thursday, March 14.

The survey will ask citizens how they feel about the nature and quality of the WPS and the job that the service is doing. Citizens will be asked their opinions regarding crime and safety, crime prevention, traffic issues and any experiences/dealings they have had with the WPS in the past year or so.
