The Winnipeg Goldeyes have signed three pitchers to the roster for the 2013 season.
Pitchers Alex Capaul, 24, Tim Griffin, 25, and Colton Pitkin, 23, will suit up for the Fish when training camp opens shortly.
Capaul played the last two seasons in the Arizona Diamondbacks system. He split last season between Short Season-A Yakima, Single-A South Bend and Triple-A Reno, going 2-4 with a 5.54 ERA and two saves in 20 appearances between the three stops, including three starts.
Griffin was in the Seattle Mariners system for the past three seasons. In 37 games out of the bullpen last year between Single-A Clinton and Advanced-A High Desert, the product of St. Johns, Florida went 4-1 with a 4.96 ERA and a save.
Pitkin spent five seasons in the Houston Astros system. The lefty played in 36 games for Advanced-A Lancaster in 2011, going 1-0 with a 6.45 ERA. He was in training camp with the Sugar Land Skeeters of the Atlantic League last season, but was released before appearing in a game.
