Shopping Centres
St. Vital Centre — Closed Friday, March 29 and Sunday, March 31
Polo Park — Closed Friday, March 29 and Sunday, March 31
Kildonan Place — Closed Friday, March 29 and Sunday, March 31
Manitoba Liquor Control Commission
Friday, March 29 — closed
Saturday, March 30 — All Liquor Marts will be open with most locations operating with extended opening or closing times.
Sunday, March 31 — closed
Monday, April 1 — Regular business hours
City of Winnipeg civic offices
Closed on Good Friday, March 29 and Easter Monday, April 1, 2013.
Libraries
Friday, March 29 — closed

Monday, April 1 — all libraries will be closed with the exception of the Millennium Library which will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Recycling/Garbage Collection Schedule
Recycling and garbage will be collected on the Good Friday and Easter Monday holidays for those residents with Friday and Monday as their weekly cart collection day. Recycling and garbage collection will continue as normally scheduled for multi-family apartments.

Friday, March 29 — 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, March 30 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Winnipeg Transit Holiday Service Schedule
Friday, March 29 — Winnipeg Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule.
Monday, April 1 — Winnipeg Transit will operate on a regular weekday schedule.
Leisure Centres
All Leisure Centres are closed on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1. Regular hours of operation are in effect for Saturday, March 30 and Sunday, March 31.
Swimming Pools
All City of Winnipeg swimming pools will be closed on Friday, March 29, except the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex which will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Regular hours of operation are in effect for all pools on Saturday, March 30. Pools will be open on Sunday, March 31 as scheduled, but will close at 4 p.m.
All pools are closed on Monday, April 1, except Pan Am Pool and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex. Pan Am Pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex will be open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Animal Services Agency
Easter operating hours are:

Saturday, March 30 — 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, March 31 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, April 1 — closed
Tuesday, April 2 — regular hours, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Cemeteries
Cemetery grounds at Brookside, St. Vital and Transcona Cemeteries will be open for visitation from dawn until 6 p.m. over the Easter weekend including Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1. Cemetery offices will be closed on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1.
