One lucky Manitoban who hops on the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Big Bike this summer could win a trip to Vancouver.
“The Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Heart & Stroke Big Bike is a great opportunity for Manitobans to enjoy the thrill of riding a bike the size of a school bus, while raising vital funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation,” said Heather Carroll, community fundraising programs manager.
Teams of 29 riders will power the oversized bike on a two to three kilometre course lasting about 20 minutes.
Every rider who raises $100 will be entered into the grand prize draw for a trip for two to Vancouver, sponsored by CanadaOne Travel. For every additional $100 raised, they receive another entry.
Big Bike schedule:
- Winnipeg — June 18 and 19
- Brandon — June 24 and 25
- MacGregor/Austin — June 26
- Winkler — June 27
