The Winnipeg Humane Society is warning of fraudulent door-to-door soliciting on behalf of the organization.
The animal shelter isn’t conducting such a campaign at this time and encourages anyone wishing to make a donation to do so by visiting WinnipegHumaneSociety.ca or calling (204) 982-2041.
The WHS has also contacted Winnipeg police regarding the scam.
