The new Glasshouse condos that went on the market last week in downtown Winnipeg are off to a hot start.
Developers say more than 50 Skyloft condos were sold during the first weekend of sales at their full-size display unit at cityplace.
“We’re really thrilled with the uptake in the Winnipeg marketplace for this urban loft concept,” said David Wex of Urban Capital. “The initial response is similar to what has happened in other markets across the country where we’ve been the first into an area.”
The ultra-modern condos at 311 Portage Avenue are set to be finished by early 2016.
The 674-square-foot pop-up model suite is available for viewing in the centre of cityplace Monday to Friday from noon to 6 p.m. and weekends from noon to 5 p.m., excluding the May long weekend.
