Goldeyes Place Pete Gehle on Disabled List

Winnipeg Goldeyes LogoThe Winnipeg Goldeyes placed left-handed pitcher Pete Gehle on the disabled list Sunday.

The 25-year-old is 1-1 on the season with a 3.97 ERA in two starts. He is eligible to be placed back on the active roster on June 2.

The Goldeyes finish a four-game series and 10-game road trip against the Lincoln Saltdogs this afternoon.

Monday night’s game at Shaw Park will be the home opener for the Fish (8-1) when they host the Laredo Lemurs. Tickets are available by calling the Goldeyes office at (204) 982-2273.
