The four main gates at Investors Group Field will be named after former Winnipeg Blue Bomber players Milt Stegall, Ken Ploen, Joe Poplawski, and Doug Brown.

Fans voted online and narrowed down 40 names to the chosen four.  The gates will be unveiled at noon on Thursday, June 6.

“All four are true ambassadors and well deserve this honour,” said Blue Bombers president and CEO Garth Buchko. “To this day, they continue to bleed Blue and Gold which is why they remain so beloved by our fans.”

Fans can meet the greats at the unveiling of the gates on the 6th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Bomber Store. Special edition merchandise signed by all four legends will be available to purchase during the in-store meet and great.

Investors Group Field will also feature Blue Bomber alumni on eight smaller gates and 16 directional signs.
